1. USE OF WEBSITE & ELIGIBILITY

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to submit quote requests, schedule services, or conduct business on our website.

1.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our website complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

2. SERVICE ESTIMATES, SCHEDULING & PROPERTY ACCESS

2.1. Quotes & Estimates: All online or phone estimates are non-binding until an on-site evaluation of the property exterior, window conditions, and job scope is completed. Estimates remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.

2.2. Property Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe, unobstructed access to the property, exterior grounds, and water spigots on the scheduled service date. Please prepare for our arrival by moving furniture, fragile items, and decorative objects away from windows, and by fully raising all blinds and window coverings.

2.3. Pre-Existing Damage: We perform a visual inspection prior to cleaning. Lunchbox Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to dry-rotted seals, cracked glass, scratched glass, sun-baked film, or pre-existing water stains. Additionally, Lunchbox Cleaning is not responsible for any accidental damage to blinds, window treatments, or pre-existing sun-damaged/brittle window screens that may occur during removal, handling, cleaning, or reinstallation.

3. WEATHER & RAIN POLICY

3.1. Light Rain & Weather Drops: Window washing operations may continue during light rain. Because rain water alone does not dirty clean glass (dirt and grime already on glass cause streaks), our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee.

3.2. Severe Weather Rescheduling: In cases of severe rain, high winds, or lightning that compromise technician safety, we reserve the right to reschedule your service appointment to the next available date.

4. CANCELLATION & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any service cancellations or rescheduling requests.

4.2. Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior written payment terms have been established for commercial accounts. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to a administrative fee.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. The content, photos, branding, text, graphics, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Lunchbox Cleaning.

5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from our website without prior written consent from Lunchbox Cleaning.
